Early days with Geroge and Steven

Born and raised in Arizona. I  had a passion for art and film early in life. Like many young artist I wanted to do 2-D animation. All that changed in 1993 when Steven Spielberg released Jurassic Park. My passion quickly turned into curiosity with CGI. (Little did I know ten years later I would be working with the very same director and crew who brought that film to life)

In late 2001, at twenty I moved to San Francisco, California. There I spent over 3 years in the StarWars art department (JAK)  working  for George Lucas. The hours were long but I learned everything from concept art to final compositing. Over time I developed a set of well rounded skills and a strong work ethic. Upon the completion of the Star Wars prequels, I was quickly recruited to work with Steven Spielberg on War Of the Worlds. That brought me to Los Angeles and since then I have worked with some of the top film directors in the industry that include James Cameron (Avatar)  and JJ Abrams (Star Trek).

I currently work at Walt Disney Animation Studios in Burbank, CA.
